  Yes, we provide an option to download this report in an Excel format. The Excel file will have a sheet for your personal details and then multiple sheets for realized and unrealized summaries as well as breakdowns based on your selection.

• What should I do if my transaction is rejected?

  If your transaction is rejected, please reach out to us at help@vestedfinance.co. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue.

• Where will the details of the Vest AUM fee deducted be reflected?

  The details of the Vest fees deducted from your cash balance will appear in the Transaction History section in the Profile menu.

• How long does it take for the funds to be deposited into my Vested brokerage account after a transaction is approved?

  Funds are typically deposited within 1-2 business days. If you do not see the deposit within this timeframe, please contact us at help@vestedfinance.co.

• Is it necessary to send my SWIFT copy with every transaction or does it get credited automatically to my Vested Wallet?

  The funds usually gets credited within 1-3 business days once your bank has initiated the transfer. Only in case of delay, you need to send the SWIFT copy so we can get it checked with our broker to trace the funds.
