Yes, you can transfer/withdraw funds to any bank account where you are the primary account holder as long as that bank account is created in your employment or tax-resident country. Withdrawals to any other country are not allowed by our broker.
It is not necessary to withdraw funds to the bank account from which you had deposited funds earlier.
