Can investors from India invest in the Global Funds? Is it even legal/possible?

Yes, Indian residents can invest in the Global Funds, as long as the total annual amount is less than US$ 250,000 per year per individual. This is as per the RBI’s Liberalized Remittance Scheme guidelines.
