Overview

During the promotion period, existing customers of Vested can refer their friends to sign up on Vested and earn higher rewards. Higher rewards will be for each successful referral who signs up on Vested and transfers ESOPs/RSUs worth $5,000+.

Referrer earnings:

• Additional $40 one-time deposit bonus

• 15% of the trade fees, on each trade made by the referee

• 0.15% of each deposit of referee via Vested’s partner banks

• $40 one-time bonus

Offer Period

This offer is valid from 12:00 AM, 9th April ‘25 IST to 11:59 PM, 30th April ‘25 IST.

Key Terms

1. The referee must transfer ESOPs/RSUs worth $5,000+ within 30 days of sign-up.

2. Any other deposits, apart from ESOPs/RSUs will not count towards eligibility.

3. Multiple ESOPs/RSU transfers within 30 days of sign up will be considered.

4. There is no limit on the number of successful referrals per referrer.

Reward Disbursal

• The bonus will be credited to the user’s US Stocks account within 7 business days after the referee’s funds are deposited and verified.

• The deposit will be verified as an ESOPs/RSUs transfer based on the submission of the Wire Receipt/Transaction Receipt provided by the referee upon request.

• If the deposit verification process is delayed, the reward credit timeline may be adjusted accordingly.
