Offer Period
The July First Deposit Rewards offer is valid from 12:01 AM IST on 17th July 2026 to 11:59 PM IST on 23rd July 2026.
๐ Overview
Eligible users who complete their first qualifying deposit into their US Stocks account during the offer period will receive:
1 Year of Vested Premium, and
- 1 Year of a Premium OTT subscription, chosen from: JioHotstar, Amazon Prime, SonyLiv, or Zee5.
Vested Premium will be activated directly on the eligible user's Vested account by the Vested team. The OTT subscription will be delivered as a voucher, activation code, or direct credit to the user's registered email address and/or via in-app notification, depending on the mechanism supported by the respective OTT platform.
๐บ OTT Selection
- Eligible users must select their preferred OTT platform by filling out the designated form, shared via email, WhatsApp, push notification, and as a banner within the Vested app.
- The form must be submitted on or before 23rd July 2026, 11:59 PM IST.
- Users who do not submit the form within the offer period will be randomly assigned one OTT platform from the four listed above, in addition to the Vested Premium reward.
- Only one form submission per user is valid; where multiple submissions are made, the most recent submission received before the deadline will be treated as final.

Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible Users: To participate, you must:
- Have registered on Vested on or before 1st June 2026.
- Be a non-funded account holder with no prior deposits into your US Stocks account.
- Be an Indian tax resident.
- Minimum Deposit: A minimum of $100 USD during the offer period.
- Applicable Product: Valid only for US Stocks account deposits.
๐ฑ๏ธ Claim Requirement
- Eligibility is determined by the first deposit made during the offer period.
- Subsequent deposits do not qualify for additional rewards.
- Rewards are automatically identified; no manual claim is required for the deposit itself. OTT selection requires the form submission described above.
๐ผ Reward Disbursal
- Vested Premium will be activated within 10 working days after 23rd July 2026.
- OTT subscription codes will be emailed and/or sent via in-app notification within 10 working days after 23rd July 2026.
- Limited to one set of rewards per eligible user.
- Rewards are non-exchangeable and non-transferable, including between the four listed OTT platforms once assigned or selected.
- Partner subscriptions are subject to respective platform terms.
๐ Participation Guidelines
- Open to direct Vested users with Indian tax residency.
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or referrals.
- All rewards are non-refundable.
๐ซ Fraud Prevention & Disqualification
Vested maintains the authority to exclude any participant suspected of the following activities:
- Establishing multiple or duplicate accounts.
- Executing deceptive, retracted, or artificial funding to qualify for the promotion.
- Engaging in any form of manipulation regarding deposit procedures or OTT form submissions.
If misconduct is verified, potential actions include:
- Forfeiture of all eligible rewards.
- Temporary restriction or final termination of the Vested profile.
- Notification to legal or regulatory bodies where necessary.
โ๏ธ Modification & Termination
Vested retains the right to alter, pause, or end this campaign at its discretion due to technical errors, policy shifts, or misuse detection. Significant updates will be shared through official communication outlets.
๐ Limitations of Liability
Vested assumes no liability for:
- System malfunctions affecting deposit logging, form submission, or reward distribution.
- Processing delays by external payment providers, banks, or OTT platforms.
- Concerns regarding partner voucher usage, including redemption errors or partner policy updates.
It remains the user's duty to confirm that funding is finalized and visible within the designated offer window, and that the OTT selection form is submitted before the deadline.
โ๏ธ Final Rights & Dispute Resolution
Vested's interpretation shall be conclusive and binding in all cases of disagreement or ambiguity. By participating, users agree to abide by the entirety of these terms.
