First Deposit Offer - May 2026 - Terms & Conditions

📅  Offer Period

The May First Deposit Rewards offer is valid from 12:01 AM IST on 12th May 2026 to 11:59 PM IST on 19th May 2026.

🎁  Overview

Eligible users who complete their first qualifying deposit into their US Stocks account during the offer period will receive two rewards:
  1. 1 Year of Vested Premium — activated directly on the eligible user's Vested account by the Vested team.
  2. 1 Year of JioHotstar Premium (Ad-Free Tier) — delivered as a gift card code to the user's registered email address and/or via in-app notification.

✅  Eligibility Criteria

Eligible Users:

To participate, you must:
  1. Have signed-up on the Vested platform before the last 30 days to the campaign start , i.e., registered on or before 1st April 2026.
  2. Not have made any prior deposits into your US Stocks account before the offer start date, i.e., you must be a non-funded account holder.
  3. Be an Indian tax resident.

Minimum Deposit Requirement:
A minimum deposit of $100 USD into your US Stocks account during the offer period is required to qualify.

Applicable Product:
The offer is valid only for deposits into the US Stocks account on Vested. Deposits made into other products — including INR Bonds, Global Mutual Funds, or Private Market investments — will not qualify.

🖱️  Claim Requirement

  1. Reward eligibility is based on your first deposit during the offer period only.
  2. Subsequent deposits made during or after the offer period will not attract additional rewards.
  3. No manual claim is required, eligible users will be identified automatically based on deposit records.

💼  Reward Disbursal

  1. Vested Premium will be activated directly on the eligible user's account by the Vested team within 7 working days after 19th May 2026.
  2. The JioHotstar Premium (Ad-Free Tier) gift card code will be shared with the user via their registered email address within 7 working days after 19th May 2026.
  3. Each eligible user is entitled to one set of rewards only. Rewards are final and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted to cash or any other form of credit.
  4. Vested Premium and JioHotstar Premium subscriptions are subject to the respective platforms' own terms, conditions, and availability.
  5. Vested is not responsible for the functionality, content, or continuity of the JioHotstar subscription after the gift card code is delivered.

📌  Participation Guidelines

  1. This campaign is open only to direct Vested (Global Investing) users with Indian tax residency.
  2. The offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotion, referral reward, or discount.
  3. All rewards are non-transferable and non-refundable.

🚫  Fraud Prevention & Disqualification

Vested reserves the right to disqualify users suspected of:
  1. Creating duplicate accounts
  2. Making fraudulent, reversed, or fake deposits to trigger reward eligibility
  3. Manipulating deposit flows in any manner
Consequences of confirmed misuse may include:
  1. Disqualification from the reward
  2. Suspension or permanent closure of the Vested account
  3. Reporting to relevant regulatory or legal authorities if required

⚙️  Modification & Termination

Vested reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time in the event of technical disruptions, regulatory changes, or evidence of misuse. Any material changes will be communicated through official Vested channels.

📉  Limitations of Liability

Vested is not responsible for:
  1. Technical issues impacting deposit confirmation or reward disbursal.
  2. Delays caused by third-party payment partners or banking institutions.
  3. Any issues arising from the use of the JioHotstar gift card code, including activation failures or changes to JioHotstar's subscription terms.

Users are responsible for ensuring their deposit is successfully completed and reflected within the campaign period.

⚖️  Final Rights & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes, discrepancies, or differences in interpretation, Vested's decision will be final and binding. Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions stated herein.
