The pending orders can be cancelled within the next 24 hours. In case you decide to cancel the Pending order after 24 hours, please reach out to our Customer Support team. The orders might already be already routed to transfer agents (TA) and might not be possible to cancel after 24 hours. 

To cancel the order,

1. Login to Vested.

2. Select Global Mutual Funds.

3. Click on the “Orders” tab (on the top-right corner beside the “Profile” tab if you are on the web or bottom tab if you are on the app).

4. Hover your cursor over the order item on the web or click on the 3 dots in the mobile app and cancel the order.
