How to Cancel Managed Portfolio Rebalancing

How do I cancel the rebalancing of my Managed Portfolio?

When a rebalance becomes available, you will first receive an email notifying you. You’ll also see a banner on the Managed Portfolio card within the app.

If you select the View option, you’ll be shown a detailed summary of the changes. This will include which securities will be sold, which will be bought, and the new target weights. If you agree with the changes, you can proceed by selecting Place Order, which will execute the transactions.

If you prefer not to rebalance, you can select the Skip option. Skipping means your holdings remain unchanged, which can also cause your portfolio performance to drift away from its default performance. However, any new investments you make into that portfolio will automatically follow the updated allocation. This approach ensures that portfolios stay consistent for future investors while giving you flexibility over your existing holdings.
