How do I reset the password or PIN of my account?

Reset Password process

To reset your password, go to the Vested login page and select the 'Forgot Password’. Follow the prompts to reset your password.

Step 1: Navigate to the Vested login page.

Step 2: Click on 'Forgot Password'. (see Figure 1)

Step 3: Follow the provided instructions, which typically involve entering your email address. (see Figure 2)

Step 4: You will be prompted to enter a new password and a 6-digit verification code, which will be sent to your registered email address. (see Figure 3)

Step 5: After entering the information, click “Reset Password” to complete the password reset process.

Reset PIN process

Step 1: Navigate to the Vested login page, enter your valid email ID and password, and then click 'Login'. (see Figure 4)

Step 2: Respond to the security questions and reset your PIN. (see Figure 5)

Step 3: After entering the required information, click 'Reset PIN' to finalize the PIN reset process.

Note: If your account is locked, you can call the provided number to request your PIN and unlock your account. (see Figure 6)
