How does the Vested Private Markets investment process work?
Step 1: Exploring available Investment Opportunities
Each opportunity includes detailed information about the company and the deal, enabling users to assess and select the ones that best align with their investment goals.
Step 2: Submitting Your Indications of Interest (IOIs)
After reviewing the available opportunities, you can submit an Indication of Interest (IOI) for any company you’re interested in by clicking the “Express Interest” button on the respective Private markets company page. You’ll be prompted to complete a short form indicating the amount you may be interested in investing.
Submitting an IOI is entirely non-binding—it simply helps us gauge investor interest and better prioritize which opportunities to pursue. This is part of an ongoing process where we assess demand and source deals accordingly. Once you’ve submitted an IOI, we record your interest and will reach out if and when the deal goes live. This typically takes between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on overall investor demand.
Step 3: The Investment Journey
Once sufficient interest is gathered, the deal goes live with finalized details such as the price per share. Users can access live deals via:

Users who submitted IOIs will be notified when the deal is live. However, even users who did not submit an IOI can still invest in the live deal.
To invest:
Click “Invest”
Review deal details
Confirm the amount or number of shares
Sign the required documents (in-app)
Upon signing and final confirmation, the investment amount will be deducted from the user's DriveWealth buying power.
Step 4: Tracking your investments in-app
You’ll be able to view your investments along with the relevant signed documents once the deal is fully subscribed and successfully closed.
