• Certain information like Phone Number/Address/etc. got changed on my Government ID. How can I update it on Vested?

  You may email us at kyc@vestedfinance.co with a proof of the updated details (pdf/jpeg of the original government ID where the details are changed) so that we can take a look and make the necessary changes to your account.

• Are Signals on Vested updated automatically?

  Yes. Stocks on each Signal are updated daily, with each list of stocks for a Signal being generated using the latest data available on AlphaScreener.

• Do you have a brokerage calculator?

  This is on our product roadmap, and once it is live, we shall update it here. Stay tuned!

• The fund transfer to my US brokerage account at Vested failed but the money got deducted from my account. What can I do?

  Kindly share the SWIFT copy of the transfer at deposits@vestedfinance.co. Accordingly, we can get this checked with our broker partner, DriveWealth and update you on the status of the funds.
