How to transfer USD from IDFC Bank to Vested Brokerage account

Step 1: Log in to the IDFC Net Banking portal

Step 2: Select “Pay Abroad”.

Step 3: Check the account from which you want to transfer funds and click on “New payment”

Step 4: Enter the amount you want to transfer and click on “Proceed”

Step 5: Choose “Entity” and select Receiving Country as “USA”

To get the account number:  

  • Log into your Vested Brokerage account (via the app or the web application. 

  • Then go to the “Transfer” tab > “Add funds” > “Indian Banks” > View “General bank instructions” > see “Account number”

Step 7: Chose “Purpose of Transfer” as “Portfolio investment in equity”

Note: You can also find it under your Vested’s profile section as Drivewealth ID

Step 10: Review the transfer details and check the “I/We hereby confirm” box

Step 11: Accept the terms and conditions of IDFC bank

Step 12: To complete your transaction, enter the OTP which is sent to your registered mobile number and click on “verify”

It may take 2-3 business days before the funds are reflected in your Vested Brokerage account.
