What happens if a transfer is delayed?

Delays can happen for a few reasons, including:

  • missing or incorrect details

  • insufficient balance at the source broker for any transfer-related charges

If any action is required from you, this will be communicated through the app or by the support team. In most cases, delays are resolved once the required information or steps are completed.
