• Where can I find the SWIFT code required during withdrawal?

  Kindly get in touch with the support team or with the Forex department of your bank to get the SWIFT code of your bank's branch. Please note that the SWIFT Code differs from bank to bank and from branch to branch.

• Is it necessary to send my SWIFT copy with every transaction or does it get credited automatically to my Vested Wallet?

  The funds usually gets credited within 1-3 business days once your bank has initiated the transfer. Only in case of delay, you need to send the SWIFT copy so we can get it checked with our broker to trace the funds.

• Where can I find my tax documents?

  You can find tax documents corresponding to the relevant financial year in Profile → Tax Documents section on our web and mobile platforms.

• The fund transfer to my US brokerage account at Vested failed but the money got deducted from my account. What can I do?

  Kindly share the SWIFT copy of the transfer at deposits@vestedfinance.co. Accordingly, we can get this checked with our broker partner, DriveWealth and update you on the status of the funds.
