Offer Period

The campaign will run for 7 consecutive days from 25th June 2026 to 1st July 2026, both the start and end dates are inclusive.

Eligibility Criteria

To participate in this campaign, you must:

1. Be an existing Vested customer having Indian tax residency who has previously completed at least one deposit into a Vested account before 1st June 2026.

2. Submit the official campaign registration form shared via Vested communications before or during the offer period.

3. Make at least one eligible deposit during the 7-day offer window.

4. Be a direct customer of Vested. Customers onboarded through any partner channel are not eligible.

Eligible Deposit Types

Only the following deposit types qualify for cashback:

•  Bank deposits and wire transfers into the Vested account

The following deposit types are explicitly excluded:

• First-time / initial deposits (a user's very first deposit on the Vested platform)

• Asset transfers from any external broker or brokerage platform

• ESOP and RSU-related deposits or in-kind share transfers

• Internal transfers between Vested products or accounts

• Cash deposits or withdrawals not processed as a standard bank/wire transfer

Minimum Deposit Requirement

A minimum total eligible deposit value of USD 1,000 must be reached during the offer period. Multiple deposits made during the offer window will be aggregated. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not qualify.

Form Submission Requirement

Important: Submission of the registration form is a mandatory prerequisite for cashback eligibility. Deposits made by users who have not submitted the form will not be considered, regardless of the deposit amount or timing.

Cashback Calculation

• Cashback will be calculated as 0.5% of the total eligible deposit value accumulated during the offer period.

•  Example: USD 5 on a USD 1,000 deposit

•  Cashback will be credited in USD to the user's Vested account

Cashback Payout

• Cashback will be processed as a single lump-sum credit -- it will not be split across monthly installments

• Payout will be initiated within 10 working days after the offer period ends

• The credited amount will appear under transaction history in the user's Vested account

Verification & Compliance

• Vested reserves the right to verify all deposits and form submissions before processing cashback

• Any attempt to game, manipulate, or circumvent the terms of this offer may result in disqualification

• Vested's decision on eligibility, qualifying amounts, and cashback calculations is final and binding

Offer Limitations

• This offer cannot be combined with any other Vested cashback, incentive, or promotional program unless explicitly stated

• Vested reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time at its sole discretion

• Any changes will be communicated through official Vested channels

Your cashback will be processed as a single credit within 10 working days after the offer period ends. There are no monthly installments - the full amount will be credited in one go.

Q7. Is there a minimum deposit amount?

Yes. The minimum eligible deposit value is USD 1,000. Deposits below this threshold will not qualify for cashback.

Q8. What if I deposit before submitting the form?

Deposits made before form submission will not qualify. Please ensure you complete the registration form first.

Q9. Are there any charges on the deposit?

Vested does not charge any fees for processing this cashback. However, your bank may apply standard wire transfer or remittance fees - please check with your bank.
