The Valentine’s Bonus Offer is valid from 12:01 AM IST on 12th February 2026 to 11:59 PM IST on 18th February 2026 (“Offer Period”).
Only actions completed and confirmed within the Offer Period will be considered eligible for this promotion.
Eligible users on Vested who participate in the in-app Valentine’s experience during the Offer Period will receive an opportunity to unlock a bonus on their first qualifying deposit into their US Stocks account.
Each eligible participant is assured a minimum bonus of $5.
The final bonus amount may vary and is determined by system-defined logic at the time of participation.
Participation in this offer is optional and subject to meeting all eligibility, claim, and deposit requirements outlined below.

Bonus amount is revealed after completion of the in-app experience.
Bonus is credited only after:
Successful completion of the experience
Clicking the Register your Bonus action
Completing a qualifying deposit
The final bonus amount once revealed and credited is final and cannot be changed.
To participate, users must meet all of the following criteria:
Must have signed up on Vested before the Offer Period
Must not have made any prior deposits into their US Stocks account at the time of participation
Must be a direct Vested customer
Must have Indian tax residency
The following users are not eligible:
B2B or partner-linked accounts
Corporate or employer-sponsored accounts
Users with an existing funded US Stocks account
Accounts found to be duplicate or fraudulent
A minimum deposit of $100 must be successfully completed into the user’s US Stocks account during the Offer Period
Deposits below $100 will not qualify
Failed, reversed, pending, or cancelled deposits are not considered valid
This offer applies only to deposits made into the US Stocks account on Vested.

Global Mutual Funds
Solar Investments
Private Markets or any alternative investment products
After completing the in-app experience, users must click Claim Bonus to confirm participation
If the Claim Bonus action is not completed, the reward will be forfeited
Unclaimed rewards cannot be reinstated under any circumstances
Successfully claimed bonuses will be credited within 7 working days after the campaign ends
Bonuses will be credited directly to the user’s US Stocks account
Bonuses are:
Non-transferable
Non-refundable
Not redeemable for cash
Not exchangeable for any other benefit
Vested reserves the right to disqualify any user found or suspected to be:
Creating multiple or duplicate accounts
Attempting to manipulate the offer or bonus allocation
Making fake, reversed, or circular deposits
Using automation tools or unauthorized means to participate
Consequences may include:
Cancellation or reversal of bonuses
Suspension or termination of the user’s Vested account
Vested reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate this offer at any time due to:
Technical issues
Regulatory or compliance requirements
Suspected misuse or fraud
Any changes will be communicated through official Vested channels where required.
Vested shall not be responsible for:
Technical failures affecting participation or bonus credit
Delays caused by banking partners or intermediaries
User errors resulting in missed claims or ineligible participation
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure timely and successful participation within the Offer Period.
Vested’s decision regarding eligibility, bonus allocation, and disputes shall be final and binding
