Only deposits successfully completed and confirmed within the Offer Period will be considered eligible for this promotion.

Eligible users on Vested who complete a qualifying deposit into their US Stocks account during the Offer Period will receive an opportunity to participate in a Splash to Win experience and reveal a surprise bonus.

Each bonus is randomly assigned and subject to the terms outlined below. Participation in the Splash to Win campaign is optional and conditional upon meeting all eligibility and claim requirements.

💸 Splash Rewards

The Splash reward revealed may be one (1) of the following bonus amounts:

• $5 extra deposit credit

• $10 extra deposit credit

• $15 extra deposit credit

• $20 extra deposit credit

• $30 extra deposit credit

• $50 extra deposit credit

The maximum bonus amount that can be earned under this campaign is $50 per eligible user.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

👥 Eligible Users

To participate in this offer, users must meet all of the following criteria:

• Must have signed up on Vested before 1st February 2026

• Must not have made any prior deposits into their US Stocks account (i.e., must not be a Funded Account at the time of participation)

• Must be a direct Vested (B2C) customer

• Must have Indian tax residency

🚫 Excluded Users

The following users are not eligible:

• B2B users or partner-linked accounts

• Corporate, employer-sponsored, or referral-managed accounts

• Users who already have a funded US Stocks account

💰 Minimum Deposit Requirement

• A minimum deposit of $100 must be successfully completed into the user’s US Stocks account during the Offer Period

• Deposits below $100 will not qualify for this offer

• Failed, reversed, or pending deposits are not considered valid

🌎 Applicable Product

This offer is valid only for deposits made into the US Stocks account on Vested.

Deposits made into the following products are not eligible:

• INR Bonds

• Global Mutual Funds

• Solar Investments

• Private Markets or any alternative investment products

🎮 Splash Participation Rules

• Each eligible user is allowed up to 5 total Splash attempts during the Offer Period

• Users may Splash only once per calendar day

• Splashes cannot be accumulated or used multiple times on the same day

• Only the most recent Splash result will be considered final and valid

• Previous Splash results are automatically overridden

Any attempt to bypass the daily limit or exceed the total Splash limit will result in disqualification from the offer.

🖱️ Claim Requirement

• After Splashing, the user must click the Claim Bonus button to confirm the reward

• If the user fails to click Claim Bonus, the reward will be considered forfeited

• Unclaimed rewards cannot be reinstated, even if the user meets all other eligibility conditions

💼 Reward Disbursal

• Successfully claimed rewards will be credited within 7 working days after the campaign ends

• All rewards will be credited directly to the user’s US Stocks account balance

• Rewards are:

• Non-transferable

• Non-refundable

• Not redeemable for cash

• Not exchangeable for any other benefit

The reward amount once credited is final.

📌 Participation Guidelines

• This campaign is available only to Indian tax residents who are direct Vested customers

• Users accessing the platform via third-party tools, automation, or unauthorized integrations may be disqualified

• This offer cannot be combined with any other Vested promotion, cashback, referral benefit, or incentive program

• Each user is eligible for only one final reward under this campaign

🚫 Fraud Prevention & Disqualification

Vested reserves the right to disqualify any user found or suspected to be:

• Creating multiple or duplicate accounts

• Making fake, reversed, or manipulated deposits

• Attempting to generate multiple rewards through misuse of the Splash mechanism

• Violating the once-per-day or total Splash limits

• Failing to claim the reward after Splashing

Consequences may include:

• Cancellation of the bonus

• Reversal of credited rewards

• Suspension or termination of the user’s Vested account

⚙️ Modification & Termination

Vested reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate this offer at any time due to:

• Technical issues

• Regulatory or compliance requirements

• Suspected misuse or fraud

Any changes will be communicated via official Vested channels where required.

📉 Limitations of Liability

Vested shall not be responsible for:

• Technical failures affecting deposits, playing, or bonus claims

• Delays in fund transfers caused by banking partners or intermediaries

• User errors resulting in missed claims or ineligible participation

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure timely and successful participation during the Offer Period.

• Vested’s decision regarding eligibility, rewards, and disputes shall be final and binding
